Briggs-De Laine-Pearson Foundation Advisory Board 

The BDP Foundation Advisory Board is a volunteer group that provides strategic guidance and advice to the members of the Foundation’s Board of Directors. The Advisory Board has no decision making authority and no legal or fiduciary responsibilities. Their responsibilities include:  

  •       Attend three meetings per year;
  •       Contribute their expertise and thinking to the work of the BDP Foundation Board;      
  •       Be available for four to five telephone calls each year from Board members seeking counsel;
  •       Allow the BDP Foundation to publish the names of the individuals on the Advisory Board;
  •       Serve an appointed term of three years.
